Wow, what an incredible third season of Mojo Mondays Bootcamp! Thank you to my stellar guests and to my loyal listeners. You all have made this the most engaging season yet, and there’s so much more to come!
This season was built around my VISION Framework – the foundation of my Activate your Mojo VISION program.
During each episode, we asked our guests to walk us through their journey to a Mojo state of mind and we wrapped up each episode with a Mojo VISION Move – a bite size action step – to kick start your journey from where you are to right now, to where you want to be. Here’s a recap of all the amazing stories and how they represent the VISION Framework.
Visualize you Mojo Motive: Episode 4 with Hernán Luis y Prado, Workshops for Warriors
This episode is a masterclass on what it means to go all in. Hernán shares how he turned his vision into a reality by selling everything he owned to start Workshops for Warriors and what he needed to do to turn his vision into a reality.
Interrupt your Inner Dialogue: Episode 5 with Jill Greenfield, FieldFisher
If the voice in your head isn’t propelling you toward your goals, it’s time for a new talk track. Jill shared some amazing advice in the episode about what she would tell her younger self and how she stays grounded in moments of doubt.
Step Out of Your Comfort Zone: Episode 7 with Kristina Rodgers, EY
In this episode, Kristina talks about having the courage to take your own path. She urges us to take it all in, the good – the bad and the uncomfortable, to thrive outside of your comfort zone.
Iterate to Innovate: Episode 3 with Robyn Shepherd, Bridgewater Associates
To achieve different outcomes, we need to try new approaches. Robyn shared the importance of feedback in her transformation. Although giving or receiving feedback isn’t always easy, in her experience, this transparency and honesty around performance are paramount to growth and success.
Own your Day: Episode 2 with Laura Maness, Havas NY
Owning your day requires you to step back and reflect on what gets your time and attention. For Laura this involves being a loyal member of the 5am club and conducting an audit of her interior empires.
Notice What’s Working: Episode 6 with Yvette Vargas, Citizen Bank
Yvette shares the power of reflecting on her life experiences as paramount to her journey from a shy, introvert girl to an influential female executive who made the decision to transform her lifestyle by shedding anything that wasn’t serving her.
I hope this season, as well as the Mojo VISION Framework, has helped you to get closer to achieving your goals and what matters most to you.
