Change is never easy, but it can be significantly easier by understanding the source of resistance from team members and colleagues during even positive changes. Participants learn to identify different influences that impact change and how to deliver messages and coach people (and themselves) through changes ranging from enterprise-wide initiatives to employee-specific changes.
